Greeves Street was a classic and somewhat rare Fitzroy Workers Cottage that D+D were tasked with renovating and styling for the sales campaign. Keeping in mind that the buyer of this property would likely extend upwards in the future, our approach was to deliver a cool Fitzroy terrace, ready to move into, but with the clear potential to renovate further. Works conducted included interior and exterior paint, sanding and staining of floorboards, renewal of alfresco deck and remodel of the bathroom.
