D+D was appointed to style Lansell Road, Toorak for the sales campaign. Architecturally designed by Carr Design Group, the property boasted a modern architectural exterior with grand open plan design, high end finishes and ample living /entertaining spaces. Being in a sought-after area of leafy, tree-lined Toorak, all of our chosen furniture reflected the modern, high end look of the apartment. Colour was subtly introduced into the art pieces, textiles and accessories to give the buyer a sense of warmth and make it feel like a home they could move right into. It was important to show buyers that the property would be perfect for entertaining. A large 10 seater dining table and ample seating options in both living areas were chosen for this reason. Neutral tones and accents of leather, velvet and glass were carried throughout the home to create continuity and flow.
