This turnkey project was for a globe-trotting American-Aussie couple who bought the place sight unseen as an Airbnb and Melbourne base. We managed the full fit-out, plus a light renovation including new carpet, fresh paint, updated lighting, a sliding cavity door, and stair upgrades, all without them ever stepping foot inside. With thoughtful nods to their shared loves of geology and cycling, the result was spot on. They finally saw it last month and couldn’t have been happier.
