Free Consultation

Our initial consultation with you is complimentary. We visit your property to discuss the campaign and obtain a breif from you or we can simply liaise with your sales agent. If you want to leave it all to us we can deliver an end to end solution which covers storing your furniture for the campaign, installing our designer selected furniture, art and accessories, prepping for the photoshoot and then restoring everything back to normal after the sale.

Pre-styling Preparation

Chances are your property many need a little (or a lot) of ‘handyman’ attention to bring it up to campaign ready. We can arrange painters, lighting & electrical professionals window furnishings, carpet layers and garden tidy up & de-cluttering services to take the stress out of preparing for your sale. We work with trusted professionals across all areas above and are happy to arrange quotes for work required.

Campaign Open for Inspection Services

If you would like to leave all the details to us we can provide pre-photo shoot and pre ‘open for inspection’ services. The service includes – set lighting, supply and placement of fresh flowers, light dust and vacuum, setting heating/air-conditioning and check placement of all furniture, art and accessories to make sure that your property is at its absolute best before every inspection.

Design Consultation

Sometimes all you need is a little advice to get your juices flowing. An appointment filled with action packed advice and furniture rearranging can sometimes be all you need. A design consultation with D+D can be a one-time thing or it can segue into an interior design project of any scale. This service is great for clients selling their homes who want to minimise their costs but maximise the sale price, or also for editorial, advertising or film – the placement of objects to create a beautiful image is what we do best.

Styling – Purchase – Rental Service

This service package gives you options. To suppliement your existing furnishings, you choose from a range of stylish accessories such as bed linen, lamps, side tables, cushions and art (all selected by us), that you can buy and keep for the sales campaign and then use in your new property. OR choose to buy some of these items and rent others from us. Our qualified designers / stylists then complete the styling (also using your existing furniture and accessories) to deliver an elegant, stylish finish to your property.

From a complete renovation, to furniture sourcing, to a little ‘quick–fix’ using your own furniture, D+D is here to help with any stage of the design process.
