D+D’s founders, Nicole Langelier and Tim Gauci, are "the Design and the Diplomacy". Partners in both business and life, the couple met at an Italian language school in southern Italy 17 years ago.

Nicole, a double-degree interior designer (Parsons NYC and Domus Academy – Milan) from New York, has a career that spans multiple design disciplines, from interior and furniture design to photographic and property styling.

Tim is a former senior diplomat and an experienced international business, investment, and marketing consultant. He has previously advised and represented many of Australia’s largest MNCs and investment companies across Australia, Europe, and Asia.

Together, they are Design + Diplomacy, bringing their uniquely complementary skill sets to the Melbourne property market.
