Edgy, dark, and sexy it was not when we first got our hands on this sprawling Collingwood warehouse. It was awash with teal and yellow, with deep roots in the late 90s. We fixed all of that by bringing it 'back in black'. Oozing with industrial elements – the bespoke rolled steel island bench with an illuminated security glass face is the hero of the space. These materials were accented by bluestone mosaic tiles, a brass splash-back, and high-tech Fenix bench-tops. Make no mistake – despite being highly specified, this was a cook’s kitchen and was later used by the late MasterChef Jock Zonfrillo for his social media test kitchen.
